1. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:

  • Missing Items: If an item you ordered is missing from the delivery package.
  • Wrong Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered.
  • Damaged or Spilled Food: If the food arrived spilled, crushed, or in an inedible condition due to mishandling during delivery.
  • Quality Issues: If the food is spoiled, stale, or has a foreign object (requires photographic proof immediately upon delivery).
  • Order Cancellation: If your order is cancelled by the vendor or Amana Mart after payment has been made.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: If you refuse to accept the order simply because you changed your mind after the food has been prepared.
  • Unreachable User: If the delivery fails because you were unreachable or provided an incorrect address.
  • Late Reporting: If the issue is reported more than 24 hours after delivery (for non-perishable items) or after the delivery man has left (for food items).

3. Refund Process

  1. Report: Contact our support team via the app or email within the stipulated time with photos of the issue.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your complaint and verify it with the vendor and delivery hero.
  3. Approval: Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your account.

4. Refund Timeline & Method

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method (Credit Card, bKash, Nagad, etc.) used during the purchase.
  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, the refund amount may be added to your Amana Mart Wallet for future purchases.
