We accept payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Mobile Banking (bKash, Nagad), and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.

5. Delivery Policy

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor preparation time. Amana Mart is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Food Items: Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect. Issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.
• Grocery/Products: If a product is defective, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery.

আমানা মার্ট-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম। আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট এবং অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিচের শর্তাবলী মেনে নিচ্ছেন।

১. সাধারণ নিয়মাবলী

আমানা মার্ট একটি মাল্টি-ভেন্ডর প্ল্যাটফর্ম যা গ্রাহকদের বিভিন্ন দোকান এবং ডেলিভারি সেবার সাথে সংযুক্ত করে। এই অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের জন্য আপনার বয়স অন্তত ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

২. অ্যাকাউন্ট এবং নিরাপত্তা

অর্ডার করার জন্য আপনাকে সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে অ্যাকাউন্ট খুলতে হবে। আপনার পাসওয়ার্ড এবং অ্যাকাউন্টের নিরাপত্তা রক্ষা করা আপনার দায়িত্ব। অসৎ উদ্দেশ্যে অ্যাকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করলে আমরা তা বন্ধ করার অধিকার রাখি।

৩. অর্ডার এবং পেমেন্ট

• পণ্যের দাম এবং স্টক ভেন্ডর বা দোকানদার দ্বারা নির্ধারিত হয়।
• আমরা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি এবং অনলাইন পেমেন্ট (বিকাশ, নগদ, কার্ড) গ্রহণ করি।
• অনিবার্য কারণে আমানা মার্ট যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে (সেক্ষেত্রে পেমেন্ট করা থাকলে রিফান্ড করা হবে)।

৪. ডেলিভারি পলিসি

ডেলিভারির সময় ট্রাফিক বা আবহাওয়ার ওপর ভিত্তি করে কম-বেশি হতে পারে। আমরা দ্রুততম সময়ে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি, তবে প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কারণে দেরি হলে আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।

৫. রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড

• খাবার নষ্ট বা ভুল হলে ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকাকালীনই অভিযোগ করতে হবে।
• অন্যান্য পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
• রিফান্ড (প্রযোজ্য হলে) ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে প্রসেস করা হবে।
